Forest Alteration

Try putting your paints out on a paper plate, and thin them down with water (more than a drop is often necessary, especially with basic acrylics) and build up your layers slowly.  Several thin layers will still look flatter that one or two thick ones.  Plus you can really play with colors by messing around laying translucent colors over other colors. happy painting, keep up the great work.
